Whether it be building strong and healthy relationships with their new peers or manager, or being more resilient in the face of new challenges, the ability to relate and influence is more critical now than ever before.

What is Lead 2 Engage for Students?
L2E for Students is a one day workshop that provides senior students with the tools to develop strong and engaging relationships, and understand what it means to 'self-lead' and be resilient. Developed originally for business leaders, we often had the feedback from participants that they wished they had learnt this information in school as it would have helped them make some more constructive choices in life and understand more about developing quality relationships. So we thought, why not make the program available to senior students who will soon need to use the knowledge and skills taught in this program.

The workshop is reflective, introspective, honest and enjoyable, and is conducted with a smaller group (no more than 15) to allow optimal engagement and interaction. This is a highly interactive workshop with, self-analysis opportunities, group work, and the creation of a personal action plan that can be implemented as soon as the student gets back to the classroom.
