Why is this course important?
Throughout transformation, the biggest variable is how people will respond to change.  In fact, one of the greatest challenges leaders face is being an ambassador of change whilst at the same time enabling the organisation to build trust with the change.  This course will provide insight to the human dynamics of change, and how approaches to leading and communicating change can be adapted to optimise change outcomes in different cultures.  This course goes beyond helping leaders convince their people of the desired change.  It provides a practical approach that will help guide and embed change across cultures from a place of empathy.
