Managing Director & Principal Facilitator



David is the Managing Director of Ponte Valle and Hofstede Insights Australasia.  Ponte Valle is a consultancy that focuses on global collaboration, business transformation, leadership engagement and matrix structure optimisation.  
 
Since 1998, David has worked with organisations across a wide variety of industries in the areas of global leadership, culture change, engagement, multi-national collaboration, M&A cultural alignment, business transformation, global project kick offs, and leadership development.  He also brings a depth of experience and success gained from delivering these services across many countries including Germany, France, Portugal, Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Italy, Finland, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Malaysia, UAE, Qatar, India, Nigeria, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United States, Peru and South Africa.  He has delivered his services to companies as diverse as Sony, Panasonic, Thales, Alstom, Alstom, Danone, Suez and MTR.


David also teaches intercultural leadership to students from around the world for the University of NSW International MBA program, delivers cross-cultural marketing seminars for Trade Commissions and coaches c-level leaders around the globe in how to be more engaging beyond borders.
 
Irrespective of the country or countries involved, or the assignment, David is known for his ability to develop engagement in a way that allows people and organisations to tap into their natural potency and achieve results.

​Marie has 20 years of management committee experience as a HR Director, and has had the privilege of working with visionary leaders such as Jeff Bezos (founder of Amazon.com) and Antoine Riboud (founder of the Danone Group). In each of these situations she translated global vision into concrete, sustainable actions and to anticipate the individual and systemic effects of change.
​
Her skills  drove her career into companies that had to face the following specific challenges:
  • Huge development stakes (Microsoft and Danone Group)
  • Launch and industrialisation phases (Amazon.fr and wonderbox.com)
  • Transition management from a French traditional company to a competitive international group, growing internally and externally (the Chantelle Group)
Through these experiences, Marie has developed a real passion for team leadership and people development and had the chance to work with management teams from all over Europe, the United States, North Africa and  Asia (Thailand).

Ten years ago, Marie created her own company and delivers coaching and training for management teams, targeting both collective and individual accomplishments, in order to unleash collective intelligence. The NCS program based on neurosciences, executive coaching and mindfulness practice is one of her main methods to coach transformation and develop leadership skills like awareness, decision making, vision and anticipation, communication, and metacognition.
 
Marie brings a strong Humanist Foundation and the conviction that people can grow, change and enrich their skills and achievements. This includes an “ecologic approach“ of the human being, that respects specificities, strengths, weaknesses, identity and values of each person.

Senior Organisational Development Consultant & Coach


Based in St Petersburg, Florida, Suzanne is an accomplished leader and Executive Coach with global experience working for several large multinationals including IBM, HP and Thales.

Suzanne has over 25 years’ professional experience incorporating scientific research, sales, commercial management and human resource management.  Most recently she was responsible for the global Human Resources function for the Thales Air Traffic Management business.  In this role she was based in Paris but travelled extensively throughout Europe and the Asia Pacific region.

​Suzanne’s areas of expertise include organisational design and development, leadership, cultural awareness, diversity and inclusion, culture change and change management more broadly. Suzanne delivers solutions to add high value and to facilitate enduring change to both personal and business-wide performance.  She is passionate about developing individuals and teams to achieve their full potential and obtaining alignment between people and business objectives. Suzanne offers a number of services for driving and sustaining high performance cultures and the tools related to establishing these.
​
Suzanne’s foundation Degree was a Bachelor of Science (majoring in Biochemistry) from the Australian National University in Canberra.  She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Monash University and a Masters in Coaching Psychology from Sydney University.
