The workshop is facilitated by the creator of the Lead 2 Engage program and the Global Engagement Framework, David Morley. David has been helping leaders engage across many countries and cultures for the past twenty years. He has worked with organisations across a wide variety of industries in the areas of M&A cultural alignment, culture change, engagement, multi-national collaboration, business transformation, leadership development, and creating and leading programs that support the integration of SME's into global supply chains. David has led Learning and Development and Organisational Development functions for global organisations such as the Avis Budget Group and Thales in Australia and France.
He also brings a depth of experience and success in leading international collaboration and cross-cultural business projects in many countries including Germany, France, England, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United States, South Africa, Portugal, Poland, Slovakia and Romania.
