Before transitioning into full time coaching and consulting, Elena held senior people and culture leadership roles and previously sat on the board for a not-for-profit. She has led multi-disciplinary teams to deliver a range of leading strategies to improve performance and build constructive workplace cultures. She regularly works with executives and leadership teams to ignite new thinking, improve adaptability and facilitate deeper interpersonal connections and organisational alignment.

Ross Nicol

Ross is an organisational development and learning professional with over 20 years of experience in public, private and NGO organisations. He has delivered frontline to senior leadership programs across Australia and in Asia/Pacific, developing and coaching 100s of leaders and seeing many attain more senior positions. Ross has designed many senior leadership programs for global and local organisations, and delivered NSW Health’s Clinical Leadership Program for four years, and brings strong expertise in culture change and people engagement having developed culture and people engagement plans in multiple organisations.
As a leadership and executive coach with 20 years of experience, Ross brings a commitment to hold space and supports personal reflection and insight based in ‘on-the-job’ understanding of personal change and leadership action. Ross has debriefed over 500 people in Human Synergistics, Life Style Inventory. He has worked with leaders from diverse backgrounds including with indigenous leaders on the KARI Leadership Program and as part of the Community Leadership Program run by Association of Children’s Welfare Agencies. He is in his fourth year as a volunteer coach for Homeward Bound, a year long development program for up to 100 women leaders from around the world working in STEMM areas.

In each of these situations she translated global vision into concrete, sustainable actions and to anticipate the individual and systemic effects of change.
