The demand for Business Partners to add value and enable their internal clients to succeed has never been higher.  As margins reduce, and operating costs are squeezed further,  Business Partners are required to deliver more and demonstrate outstanding value.  And in today's fast moving VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) world, the ability to bring value needs to happen more effectively than ever.

Adding value comes in many shapes and sizes, but the true success of value delivery is built on more than just the technical expertise offered by the Business Partner.  Genuine Business Partnering success is underpinned by:

• understanding how to get comfortable with VUCA environments and at the same time guiding their clients through these waters,

What is covered in The VUCA Business Partner? 
This course provides Business Partners with a partnering philosophy, approach and set of skills that will enhance their partnering style and support them in achieving more effective results in complex and fast moving environments.  This course is ideal for functional leaders and Business Partners across any part of the business including human resources,  IT, finance and procurement.  On the day,  participants will complete a BP Success Strategy; covering the following topics along the way:

• Personal strategies for being comfortable with Uncertainty and Ambiguity
• Relationship & Collaboration Mapping
• Uncovering 'invisible' stakeholders
• Stakeholder engagement strategies
• Communication and engagement techniques that increase results in ambiguous, complex or multi-national settings

• Optional - coaching to support embedding of new skills and knowledge is offered after the course - this is organised separately.
